Bio

In relentless pursuit of inspiring radical faith, singer, song-writer and worship leader Ciara “Lady Tenor” Parker is redefining what it is to break-through.  Best known for her full bodied bottom notes and tone, the Norfolk, Virginia native who started as a background vocalist sharing the stage with both mainstream and “home” artists now emerges center stage as a Contemporary Christian artist.

Rooted in the timelessness and power of hymns and armed with a personal testimony of survival and love, Ciara shares her “mission is to serve, offering healing through the power of music and worship experiences, relating to people in their right now and giving them access to the hope they so desperately desire.”

Ciara experienced her own turmoil.  Far exceeding the prognosis of what the doctor’s report declared, she answers the question of  “how she made it through” releasing her EP “The Process” in late 2019.

Ciara reintroduces us to her previously released single “Just Hold On.” More than a Friday night jam, but an any day of the week-getting-ready-to-sit-in-traffic or the pick up line after school jam, “Just Hold On” is an unfading anthem. “Run to You” is a reminder that no matter the magnitude of what you’re facing, you’re still covered by grace and “No Greater Love” reminds us of the love we can experience from the best friend we could ever have.  The worship continues with “Believer,” a moment to reminisce on what could have happened, but how God is faithful. “No Place” is a song of reverence and the final track “Holy Spirit” is a chant of positioning and restoration.  “The Process” is Ciara’s first chapter and we can anticipate more to come.
